The Conference has a limit of 250 participants, we recommend to register and make the full payment as soon as possible in order to guarantee your participation.

A limited number of scholarships are available for Graduate Students coming for Easter Europe and developing countries with accepted abstracts to cover registration and 200,00 € for travel expenses. (*) Post Doc and Graduate Student must provide documentation certifying their affiliation with an institution of higher learning at the time of registration; otherwise Full registration fee will be charged.
 
(**) Parents’ registration fee: limited to ten applications. Registration fee includes:
  • Admission to all Scientific Sessions
  • Admission to the Poster area

Please note that the effective date for your Conference registration is the date we receive your payment and not the receipt of the registration. Once the full payment reach the Conference Secretariat, a letter of confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
 
You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Conference, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and will grant you access to the Poster Exhibition.
 
Extra tickets for the Conference Dinner could be bought through the on-line registration and reservation form, the cost of each extra ticket is 80,00 €.
 
Terms of payment:
The total amount should be paid in EURO (payments in other currencies will not be accepted) in favour of Mondial & Cititravel Congresos and by one of the two following procedures:

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made until August 21, 2012 will receive a 100% refund minus 35,00 € administrative costs. In the even of a cancellation received from August 22, no refunds will be granted.
