The Organisation of the Second European Conference on FASD has secured, through the Conference Secretariat, an important number of rooms in one hotel located close to the PRBB and in one Students Residence.

The Campus del Mar Residence Hall was inaugurated in the year 2002. It has a total of 185 spaces as well as various installations so as to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are completely furnished, and include kitchenware, a pre-installed Internet access connection and a telephone extension, so you do not have to bring anything from home.
 
Deadline for hotel bookings is September 21, 2012
After this deadline, reservations will still be handled. However, Mondial & Cititravel Congresos can not guarantee hotel accommodation after that date.
 
Cancellation fees:
Until August 21, 2012, there will be a refund of 100% less 35,00 € of administration costs. From August 22 to September 21, 2012, there will be a refund of 50% of room-nights cancelled. From October 22, 2012, no reimbursement will be done.
