The Scientific Planning Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the program, either as oral or poster presentations. Please, read the instructions below carefully for the preparation of abstracts. Abstracts can only be submitted via the on-line form for abstracts submission.

The deadline of abstracts reception is May 31, 2012.
Abstracts received after this date cannot be accepted. You should receive notification about your application by June 22, 2012. To publish and present the abstracts authors must be registered before August 3, 2012.

Oral presentations
Successful authors will be informed of the length of time allotted for their presentation in the acceptance e-mail. They will be informed of the date and time of the presentation at least one month before the conference starts.
Posters
Posters must be displayed and removed on the dates that will be communicated to the authors in the acceptance e-mail. The dimensions of the poster are 1.2 m. high and 0.85 m. wide.
Due to Scientific Program organizational reasons, the Scientific Committee has the right to change the type of presentation chosen.
Formatting and submission instructions:
Before submitting the abstract please read these instructions carefully and follow them, any abstract that has not been submitted in the correct format will be returned to the submitter.

PLEASE USE EXACTLY THE SAME FORMAT OF THE ABSTRACT SAMPLE
· The person submiting is the corresponding author and presenter. Any correspondence will be sent to the person sending the abstract
· You must include in the form the following information:
o Presenter author: first name, family name, organisation name, address and e-mail address.
o Co-authors: please fill out the family names, surnames, affiliations (organization name), city and country of the co-authors.
o Abstract title: please do NOT use capitals. The title should not exceed 25 words, please do NOT type a full stop (.) at the end of the title.
· Text of the abstract: should have a maximum of 400 words; please adopt the following structured format:
o Objectives
o Matherials and Methods
o Results
o Conclusions
· Follow the structure of the abstract sample; you can upload and save it on your server, then prepare your abstract accordingly as Word file, tables and figures are NOT allowed. Please note that the page border settings must not be altered.
· Please use the Abstract Overview page (the last one of the abstract submission system) and check check whether there are spelling errors by using the Edit Abstract button.
· Abstracts which are not formatted according to the instructions will not be accepted.
· At the end of the process you will receive a personal access code that will allow you to modify your abstract until the closing date to submitt abstracts (May 31, 2012).
